The new interface for landside processes at Frankfurt Airport creates a shared digital environment where all relevant process information comes together in real time. The status of key Points of Interest across the terminal is shown in one clear interface, giving every stakeholder instant and accurate visibility and eliminating redundant bilateral updates.
The platform enables direct interaction between stakeholders, ensuring faster coordination and active, cross-functional management of irregularities. Every process point is automatically reported through the app, creating transparency and traceability for all parties and simplifying daily operations. Centralized, real-time information reduces the mental load on operational staff and supports a shared situational picture, while future learning capabilities will further strengthen decision-making and enable proactive action in complex airport operations.
Each operational measure is integrated and coordinated within a single source of truth. Actions taken to resolve issues are tracked, documented, and stored — building a valuable history of events to learn from and improve future responses. The system ensures that rule-based measures are applied consistently, supporting structured and efficient irregularity management.
Machine learning algorithms continuously analyze live and historical data to uncover patterns, correlations, and root causes.
